Ricardo García is an internationally recognized Venezuelan actor and filmmaker whose career spans television, theater, film, and independent production across Latin America and the United States. Known internationally for his work in television and acclaimed telenovelas, García has built a multifaceted career as an actor, writer, director, and producer.
An alumnus of the New York Film Academy, García continues to develop original film and television projects through Modo Dios Studios, combining cinematic storytelling with a strong commitment to social impact.
His work with We Are One Productions extends that mission into senior communities, using storytelling and filmmaking to give visibility, voice, and creative participation to older adults—one of the communities most vulnerable to social isolation and digital exploitation.
Previously, García founded Producciones Latinoamericanas, leading the company for more than a decade while producing, directing, and training young people and adults from diverse Latin American backgrounds in New Jersey.
With BLUM’S WOMEN, García brings these experiences together, creating a groundbreaking vertical series centered on senior actors and a critical issue of our time: romance scams, identity theft, and digital deception.
